As part of my master’s thesis in the Business Information Systems degree program, I am investigating under which conditions people feel social closeness to AI-based dialogue systems (conversational agents such as ChatGPT, Siri, Alexa, etc.) and to what extent (regular) interaction with such systems can influence behavior and experience.
The focus is on your subjective perceptions of the interaction as well as your assessments of trust, social presence, and perceived connectedness.
There are no right or wrong answers to the questions. Only your personal experiences and assessments are relevant. Please answer the items as honestly as possible and according to your immediate impression.
Completing the questionnaire takes about 10 minutes. Participation is voluntary and the survey is completely anonymous. No personal data will be collected that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your identity. Your responses will be evaluated exclusively for scientific purposes.
